Product Fundraiser Dates

If you are looking at running one of our Product Fundraisers please scroll down to see the available sales slots below. You will need to choose one of these on the sign up form. Don’t worry if you don’t know exactly which one to choose there is an option for that too.

How long do we sell for?
Each of our sales periods run for 3 weeks.

What happens after sales end?
We process your order and get everything off to our suppliers – they manufacture/pack/distribute your order.

When will our order be ready for our fundraisers to collect?
Based on manufacturing/packing and distribution timelines our “Pick Up Days” are below for each sales slot. This is the day your fundraisers come to your chosen location and collect all the products they have sold and then deliver to their supporters. Your order will be with you in time to run your pick up day (or for our frozen fundraisers there is a collection point to visit that day to collect your items first – ask your Campaign Manager if there is one near you)

How do we know who to give products to on pick up day?
We provide detailed picking and packing reports for you to use on pick up day. The report includes checklists so you can be sure you are sending the right products home with the right fundraiser and not be short at the end of the day. Each of your fundraisers is also emailed a detailed report of all sales they have made and to who.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

• Sunscreen only available in Term 3 & 4
• We are still waiting on a date for croissants – fingers crossed for Term 4 – there will be Limited spots
• No combining of fundraisers – they are all designed to run separately EXCEPT for First Aid and Sunscreen which can be combined in Term 3 & 4 in our “Stock up for Summer” fundraiser
• Popcorn currently on hold
